Returns & Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Making an exchange or return is very simple. Just email us at customercare@serranostore.com requesting an exchange / return authorization number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days after receiving your order.
USA. Please email us to customercare@serranostore.com and we will coordinate your return or exchange shipment which is free of charge.
For returns, we will refund your item as soon as we receive it.
For exchanges, we will ship the new size of your item without any extra charge.
International. Please email us to customercare@serranostore.com and we will send a return authorization number. You can ship the item back to us in our New York location, using your preferred post or courier service. Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge and we will send detailed address via email.
For returns, We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the item.
For exchanges, we will ship the new size of your item without any extra charge.
OUR POLICY
Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should indicate an exchange / return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
