 DELIVERY TIMES

  • United States. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping and next day shipping which are available at checkout. 
  • South and Central America. Orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days. Expedited shipping options available at checkout.
  • Europe. Orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days. Expedited shipping options available at checkout. 
  • Australia, Asia, Africa. Orders will be delivered within 6-8 business days. Expedited shipping options available at checkout. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via Fedex upon payment verification. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email containing your Fedex tracking number. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Due to these challenging times around the world, we have extended the time frame of our return & exchange policy to 60 days after an order has been received. 

Making an exchange or return is very simple. Just email us at customercare@serranostore.com requesting an exchange / return authorization number and send your item(s) back to us within 60 days after receiving your order. 

USA. Please email us to customercare@serranostore.com and we will coordinate your return or exchange shipment which is free of charge.

For returns, we will refund your item as soon as we receive it. 
For exchanges, we will ship the new size of your item without any extra charge. 

International. Please email us to customercare@serranostore.com and we will send a return authorization number. You can ship the item back to us using your preferred post or courier service. Please note this shipment is at the customer's charge and we will send our return US address via email. 

For returns, We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the item.
For exchanges, we will ship the new size of your item without any extra charge. 

  • Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
 All items returned should indicate an exchange / return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
